 The elders were updated on a candidate’s July 12 visit to Immanuel

 Two Q&A times (9:30-10:30am & 11am-12n) will be available for the congregation to meet candidate

 A congregational vote on approving candidate will occur on July 19

• Building Project

 An update provided on the building project

 Elders were updated on new class

• Board Policy Framework

 Update give to the elders on board policies and their reviews

 Discussion occurred on future reviews

• Immanuel’s One-Hundredth Anniversary in 2029

 Team to be formed to plan for anniversary celebration

 The elders met possible new missionary candidate and recommended candidate be presented to

congregation for approval on July 19

 Planning on fall Next Step classes beginning

 Pastor Russ M. will head up Small Groups until new Pastor of Adult Discipleship joins the staff
