GLOBAL PARTNERS

    • Relationships - With the Lord, each other, family & friends, colleagues, supporters.

    • Travel - We are headed back to welcome Andrew and Evanne's first baby (June 17-July 18). We can't wait to meet her. Then we travel to our summer conference. There we will help facilitate our first 2-day Navigating Change Seminar with our MC Team. 

    • Team - As we persevere through the last 2 months of our spring semester.

    • Spiritual conversations - That we would be bold in proclaiming the gospel.

    • Transition - There are several on our team who are transitioning out of Morocco and back to their passport countries this summer. Pray for peace and grace for themselves and each other.

    • Unreached Peoples - Pray for visions and dreams of Jesus during Ramadan. Pray for power encounters like healing so that the power of Jesus will be revealed in the lives of those who are seeking HIM.

    • Pray that local believers would find peace amidst their suffering due to the war.

    • Pray that the local church would continue to grow and that the Gospel will be heard

    • Pray for Edik and Sveta, a newlywed couple, that they will continue to grow in their relationship with the Lord and with each other.

    • Pray for the presence of Christ to be evident in our church member’s lives and that the Holy Spirit will work in the lives of those attending our church.

    • Pray for us that we will stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

    • Pray for our pastor, Oleg, to have wisdom as he leads our church body in Petrovka.

    • Pray for spiritual growth in the lives of Lina and Dennis.

    • New Hope Center going up in Kibera this year!

    • New well-water systems being put in for surrounding communities.

    • Pray for safety while traveling and for God to work in special ways through upcoming events.

    • Pray that the Gospel would also reach the local children.

    • Pray for funds to be raised for the upcoming 99 Adventures program.

    • Pray for the discipleship and growth of pastors as they lead their congregations and plant churches.

    • Pray for the small group ministry, that it would grow and that many would come to know Jesus.

    • Pray for their outreach in the city, that they will have boldness to proclaim the gospel to those that they meet.

    • Pray for Gwen as she battles lung cancer, that medications would be effective and side effects would be limited.

    • Pray for Norman, as he he battles complications from his skin cancer operation and also a torn hamstring.

    • Pray for the continual online mentoring ministry.

    • Their financial support needs in order to maintain the mission account at minimal levels.

    • Pray for Tom’s health, as an issue came up recently and the doctors are not sure what the problem is.

    • Pray for the health of their new grandbaby.

    • Pray that we would demonstrate His power through our weakness in all of the good works he grants us to walk in.

    • The three ABWE hospitals, 2 in Togo HBB and HOH, and MCH in Bangladesh

    • Good contacts/recruiting/mobilization etc at a Medical Missions Conference I will attend in Louisville November 5-9.

    • I need to do 1 travel nurse assignment (13 week job typically) per year so I am currently submitting for those, to work for 3 months this winter. So prayers that I find a good one.

    • Praise for such an awesome team of volunteers who work in my warehouse and my wonderful volunteers who take my trailer to various places to pick up or drop off supplies.

    • Please pray for my family, as well as for spiritual and physical strength to continue my pastoral and chaplaincy ministry.

    • Pray for our brothers and sisters in Ukraine, that God’s will would be accomplished during this time of crisis, and that God’s people would have continued strength and to be filled to overflowing with His peace.

    • Pray for Harry, as his mother, Alma Bettig, passed away this past August.

    • Prayers as they transition to a part time position in the ministry.

    • Pray for ministry partners in South East Asia as they face daily challenges from the military.

    • We thank the Lord that an evangelism tool and a Children’s Bible study course our team members have produced have been translated in numerous languages and been requested by partners from many countries.  Please pray that much spiritual fruit will result from the use of these resources.

    • The ministry continues to thrive. New churches have recently been established and ministry in the slums and on the university campuses continue to advance the gospel message.  Please pray as we seek to raise the needed funds to purchase land and build a ministry center facility.

    • Flooding in the north has overwhelmed towns and villages and many families have lost their homes and are staying in shelter provided by churches.  Please pray that their physical and spiritual needs will be met as ministry leaders serve their local communities during this time of need.

    • In early December a ministry team from the states will travel to South America to provide a pastors-leaders conference for more than 100 individuals who have been invited to attend. Please pray as they prepare for and participate in this conference and that it will make a significant difference in the lives and ministries of those who attend.


    • Pray for comfort as they continue to grieve the loss of their youngest child.

    • Bethel Church of Sreemongol: 18 people recently declared themselves Christians at a three day family camp led by BMW. Pray for them to understand baptism and pray they will be moved  to make that public declaration.  It's been 20 years since anyone was baptized near this village.  

    • Pray for Pastor Godwin, the senior pastor at the Kpodzi Baptist Church, to receive more Bible training in the near future.   Pray for wisdom on finding an interim pastor(s) so he can get attend locally at one of our Bible Institutes or possibly in the USA.

    • Pray with us - for two American construction managers to come to HBB for 6 to 12 months to oversee the expansion project.  We need to add one or two new residents each year.

    • Pray for the N’Digbe Baptist Church building project.  The church is independent and growing and is a hub for the other churches on the plateau. 
      The last major construction step is getting the trusses and roof put on for an estimated $30,000 that will seat more than 300

  • We are praying for a new ministry. The church in Odessa has about 300 members. I have already started a group with teenagers. Pray for new opportunities to reach people.

    • Many children and teenagers from non-believing families attend our church Bible school. Please pray for these children and their parents, that they repent and be saved.

    • Roads to remain accessible to all of the areas of the region where our teams are working. Recent unrest has disrupted our ability to access certain areas. (KEEP PRAYING FOR THIS!)

    • Rising costs of food, rent, and goods are making the lives of the people very difficult. Pray for their daily needs to be met.

    • Local believers who will gather this summer for a vision-casting meeting about the region.

    • Pray for upcoming events such as youth & community events.

    • Pray for Jacob and the rest of the team that they would be empowered to serve the community well through these events.

  • • Pray for us to continue to have opportunities to encourage and challenge believers and to share with those we encounter in the community. 

    • Pray for our kids. For those who are believer to grow in Christ. For those who are not, to come to know Him as Savior. 

    • Pray for Abby and Ben as we disciple our children. 

    • Pray for us to be wise in how manage time between ministry and family. 

    • Pray that we would not be discouraged by all the problems we encounter but be encouraged by the work we see God doing. (He is always working!) 

    • Pray for safety on the road for Ben over the next few months as he will be traveling to Chattogram (3 hours north) several times a month.  

    • Pray that a permanent residence would be provided as Chrissy is making a major move.

    • Pray for the right visas to pass and that Chrissy may begin her practice smoothly so she can minister to others through the gospel.

    • Pray that Chrissy would have peace in this time of transition and that she would not have anxiety.
