For Unto Us: A Christmas Program, Sunday, December 14, 2025, 6 - 7:15 pm
Similar to last year, our Children’s Ministry will be working together with EIKON Youth Ministry to present the Christmas story on Sunday, December 14th! If your child is interested in acting, small singing ensemble, orchestral, or reading roles, please register your interest at the link below by Thursday, November 6th.
Practices will be on the following days/times:
Sunday, November 16th, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday, November, 23rd, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday, December 7th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Sunday, December 14th, 3:00 - 4:30 pm (DRESS REHEARSAL)
Dinner will be provided for those required to be at this practice so they will be ready to begin at 5:30 pm!
All elementary-aged children (K - 5th grade) will be included to sing two large group songs. These songs will be practiced during morning Sunday school classes and evening Kids’ Club. Unless your K-5th grade child is also fulfilling an acting or reading role, they will not be required to attend the additional Sunday evening practices. You will also receive links to our songs to practice at home in the coming weeks!
ARTISTIC OPPORTUNITY: If your child would like to artistically create something that helps demonstrate the Christmas story, we’d love to display it! Some ideas would be to paint or draw a picture, make something with clay or rocks, weave or knit something, etc. The possibilities are endless! These pieces of art will be on display in our gathering areas during the program. We prefer these items to be completed by Sunday, December 7th, so we can plan our displays accordingly.
This is an event for the entire church and a great opportunity to invite extended family and friends!
