Silent Auction & Bake Sale Tables

We are in need of people to help set-up and monitor the bake sale tables, as well as

Assemble A Gift Basket

We are in need of volunteers to put together and package gift baskets for the Silent Auction.

Visit the table in the Common’s by the Mission Wall on Sunday morning to pick out a basket!

Contribute to the Bake Sale!

We need baked goods! If you are interested in contributing to the bake sale, sign up at the table in the commons and follow the steps below:

  • Bake & package your item! Here are the details:

    Cookies/Bars… 1 dozen per plate
    Muffins/Cupcakes… 1/2 dozen per plate
    Monster Cookies… Individually wrapped
    Pies/Cakes/Coffee Cakes & Quick Breads

  • Label your item! Here are the details:
    Pies - $10
    1 doz. Cookies/Bars - $5
    1/2 doz. Cupcakes/Muffins - $5
    Quick breads/Coffee cakes - $5
    Monster Cookies - $1


    Please have your baked goods wrapped and clearly labeled with description included (nuts, allergens, etc.).

    INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Select an item from the list above and bake your treat. Package and label them according to the instructions.

  • Drop off your baked goods to the Immanuel Kitchen anytime during office hours Sept. 8-10, or in the morning on Sept. 12th.
